The value for money at this hotel was outstanding - clean rooms and a delicious buffet meal in the bistro. The staff were helpful and the location close to the airport with a free 24-hour shuttle was a bonus.

This hotel is great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is very close to the airport, which is super convenient. The staff is friendly, and the basic amenities are good too. The rooms are spacious, with a Queen bed plus 2 singles. Some rooms even have a spa bath and microwave, which are nice extras. The breakfast is also good, with options for almond milk or soy milk and delicious pancakes with ice cream.

For an overnight stay before my flight, the location of this hotel was perfect. It was very close to the airport but on a no through road, so I didn't have to worry about any noise or traffic disturbances. The shuttle bus service was fantastic, with early departure times to suit my early morning flight at 9:30am. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing me to check back in and store my bags when my flight was cancelled. The room I stayed in was recently refurbished and spacious, with a comfortable bed and clean facilities.

Convenient for airport stopover. Free shuttle service promptly picked me up with a helpful driver. Room had a comfortable bed, decent size, and a strong water pressure shower. Microwave, mini fridge, iron and board, and plenty coat hangers. Heated pool and spa were a bonus.

We chose to stay at Ciloms Airport Lodge for its proximity to the airport and convenient 24-hour shuttle service. The restaurant offered delicious and affordable meals, and the overall price was much cheaper compared to other nearby options. Our room was spacious, comfortably accommodating a double bed, single bed, and portable cot. The amenities such as a microwave, DVD player, and bath were incredibly convenient, especially with a toddler. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was exceptionally clean. Despite its proximity to the airport, the room was surprisingly quiet, with minimal noise from outside. Without hesitation, I would stay at Ciloms Airport Lodge again.

If you're looking for a hotel close to the airport with excellent bus service, look no further. The location is very convenient for early morning flights and is very good value for money. Plus, you have the option of a buffet Chinese restaurant on the outside, which is a great way to start or end your day. The rooms are very clean, tidy and the service provided by staff is exceptional, making your stay a comfortable one.

I had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay at this hotel. the airport pick-up and drop-off were complimentary and super convenient. the location was perfect, close to a bunch of yummy restaurants and cafes. the spa bath in my room was perfect for a relaxing soak after a long flight. the staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

That the towels provided were limited, so I had to ask for more. the coffee and milk sachets provided were not enough for my liking, I had to request more.
