We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in tropical gardens was absolutely stunning; it felt like a hidden oasis in the midst of the city. The quiet area made for a peaceful and relaxing experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They provided excellent service, from room service and dry cleaning to helpful recommendations for exploring the city. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms ensured a restful night's sleep. We also appreciated the lovely outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi and the barbeque grills available for use. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it for anyone seeking enhanced comfort and quality services.

The food was really impressive and there was a good selection which was great! The location of the hotel was also super convenient and close to everything that we wanted to explore during our stay. we were pleasantly surprised to find that there was a nice pool area that we could enjoy.

We found the cleanliness of the room was lacking. The bathroom in particular was not up to our standards and we had to request extra cleaning services during our stay.

stayed in townsville before but city oasis inn was even better. beautiful pool and spa area, friendly staff, and lovely room. close to the strand and shops. enjoyable stay all around.
