I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I was truly impressed with my experience. The location was fantastic, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops close by. It was also within walking distance of the city centre and there was a tram stop right outside for easy transportation. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a separate kitchen and shower room. The staff were friendly and always available to assist with any issues or provide helpful advice. The shower had excellent water pressure and there was plenty of hot water. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We found the noise level to be very high, with a rooftop bar causing noise disturbances throughout the night. The lift was out of order, and the kitchen tap didn't work.

Another highlight of my stay was the proximity to the city center, the river, and the South Melbourne Market, making it easy to explore the local attractions and enjoy great dining options. Despite the ongoing renovations, my experience at the hotel was excellent, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The lack of communication from staff regarding noise restrictions during a late-night event was frustrating for some guests.
