We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was incredibly convenient, especially being close to the bus station. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the room service to the dry cleaning, they took care of all our needs. The amenities in the room were top-notch, from the ironing facilities to the in-room safe. We also appreciated the welcome drink and the tours/ticket assistance offered. The hotel had everything we needed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to families.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were all professional and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The amenities in the room were convenient and the view from my room was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, with tasty omelets and fresh churros. I also enjoyed the pool and the gym, both of which were very well-maintained. The valet parking service was handy, although I was a bit hesitant about giving my vehicle keys to someone. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its fair price and excellent facilities.

When I went down at 8:00, two out of the five items in the buffet were empty and it took a while for them to refill. The staff seemed unsure about when the items would be replenished, causing some inconvenience.
