The staff at this hotel were outstanding. From the reception to the restaurant, they were the best - friendly, helpful, and really went the extra mile. We even had a heartwarming experience where they overheard us joking about being hungry, and suddenly an extra meal appeared at our table. the breakfast may seem simple, but it was very satisfying and a great value for money. the room was cozy and beautifully decorated, with a Nespresso Industrial Coffee Machine that was a nice touch.

Additionally, it was conveniently located near shops and public transport, making it easy for me to explore the area. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The location was great, close to everything we needed. the room was clean and the staff was friendly. They had a nice selection of amenities in the room, including a fridge and good quality furniture. the WiFi was fast and reliable. the restaurant had a good selection of breakfast.

The pool was small and not very inviting. the gym was outdated and not well-equipped.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is centrally located to all the stadiums for a basketball tournament and to shops, making it very convenient. One exceptional restaurant nearby is highly recommended, offering delicious meals. The rooms are clean and welcoming, with great bathrooms and showers. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Additionally, the shuttle bus service provided is a great help.

The card to access the room kept dropping out, causing inconvenience during the stay.
