The outdoor BBQ area was well-equipped and clean, perfect for enjoying a meal outside. having chairs and a table outside was a nice touch, allowing guests to relax in the garden area.

While the room was clean and comfortable, it was a bit small for the price. It would be great if the management could consider adding a fan in the rooms for extra comfort, especially during warmer days.

I simply adored the charming decorations at the hotel, especially the cozy sitting areas with beautiful flower arrangements. It made me feel right at home. the easy access to the train station and nearby shops was perfect for us senior folk, making it a breeze to get around.

The children working there could use better training in guest privacy.

During my recent business trip to Cleveland, I had the pleasure of staying at Motor Inn, a wonderful choice made by my director. One of the standout features was the lovely outdoor pool and spa tub, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. the modern and well-equipped rooms provided a comfortable stay, with the added bonus of easy parking. I particularly enjoyed the proximity to a rail line, adding a unique charm to the atmosphere. Nearby, Cafe on Gordon offered a delightful breakfast experience.

A minor inconvenience was the occasional noise from a connecting door, but it didn't significantly impact my overall stay.

The location of the inn was ideal, being close to various amenities and attractions in the area. It was conveniently located near everything we needed and was handy to the area. Furthermore, it was in a good area, down to the Stradbroke ferry. The room was clean and comfortable, with a mini fridge and microwave providing added convenience. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The shower and toilet in the room had a cramped layout, which made it slightly inconvenient.

We had a noisy night due to inconsiderate neighbors, but the owner of the motel was incredibly friendly and helpful. He promptly addressed the issue, moved us to a quieter room, and even upgraded us to a larger and more comfortable space. This level of customer service was impressive and greatly appreciated. we had a fabulous stay at this motel.

The motel we recently stayed at was a good value for the money. It had a great location, close to shops and in a quiet area. the staff was also very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the free clean pool, which was a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. the room was modernized with nice shower heads and white linens on the beds. it was a clean and comfortable place to enjoy our city break.

That the bathroom was a bit basic, the shower curtain was a bit mouldy, and the shower was not enclosed. the fall on the bathroom floor was not sufficient, which meant that nearly the whole bathroom floor became wet when we had a shower.
