Great location close to local restaurants and shops, with easy access to nearby attractions. The view from the room was impressive.

The room appeared worn out and in dire need of renovation, with broken and outdated furniture and appliances.

Friendly staff and convenient location near main street, marina, and weekly market area. Quiet and spacious accommodations with self-catering facilities and comfortable bed. Well-equipped studio with balcony kitchen and refurbished bathroom. Good pool facilities.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right at the fun end of Macrossan Street, making it easy to walk to everything in the CBD of Port Douglas. The room was comfortable and had a great outlook. The staff were very helpful and recommended trips suited to us.

The cleanliness of the aircon vents could be improved.

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in a grotto-like faux stone area, just steps away from all the popular restaurants and right in the heart of the bustling city. I could easily walk to shops and restaurants, and even enjoyed the beautiful park area just across the road.

Families will particularly enjoy their stay at this hotel.
