We had a wonderful stay at City Express in Oaxaca. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist us with any questions or concerns. One particular situation stands out - when we arrived early in the morning, tired and in a hurry for a wedding, Miguel at the front desk went above and beyond to help us check-in quickly and efficiently. His exceptional service really made a positive impact on our experience.

The hotel is located close to the historic area which made it an easy walk to several attractions. The rooms were spacious, modern and comfortable, which allowed us to relax and rest well. The breakfast included was delicious and had a good variety of hot dishes, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, cottage cheese, and ham among others.

The hotel is situated on a busy street, which made it noisy at night. One night there was a loud party that lasted until after 1 am, and it was challenging to sleep.
