nightcap at this place was made even more amazing by the excellent customer service and ease of access to good amenities. the property is very clean and well-kept, with wi-fi and netflix in the rooms, a comfortable massive bed, and a bistro on-site. kirsty provided an excellent and warm welcome, always going out of her way to ensure a comfortable stay. the location is perfect for easy access to major roads and outside the cbd, making it a highly recommended place for anyone looking for a convenient stay with great service. good value for money and friendly staff complete the experience.

Compared to my previous stays, the room here was very clean and cozy. I loved how bright and airy it was, making it a great place for a good night's sleep. Having the restaurant nearby was a fantastic bonus, and the food was delicious! the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. Despite being close to everything, it was remarkably quiet, which was a pleasant surprise.

One thing that could be improved was the bed setup. While the bed was comfortable, the hard strip down the center was a bit uncomfortable.

Friendly staff provided amenities like milk, water, tea & coffee. Convenient location near M4 and Western Suburbs, with disabled access available. a great experience for our function.

The bed at Nightcap was incredibly comfortable and spacious, providing a great night's sleep after a long day of travel. The provided milk for coffee and breakfast was a nice touch, exceeding the expectations of other places. The air-conditioning system handled the heatwave admirably, ensuring a cool and comfortable environment.

Although the database reviews mentioned some drawbacks such as reception being closed upon arrival and difficulty with showering, I did not experience these particular issues during my stay.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was fantastic, with the bistro just a short walk away. It was perfect for our family, as the bistro was kid-friendly. Plus, it was easy to find when we came off the highway and close to shops. Our room was clean and fresh, with a comfy bed and pillows. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. We even had off-street parking, which was a bonus.

That the car park was centrally located, so we could sometimes hear noise from other guests starting their cars early in the morning.

The room was so cozy and clean! I felt relaxed in the comfy beds and enjoyed the free WiFi. As a budget-conscious family, we found it perfect!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. the value for money was excellent - I couldn't believe how affordable it was for what I got. Secondly, the location on the highway was perfect for me as I needed to be on the move quickly. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Lastly, the rooms were freshly renovated and had warm, comfortable beds. It was a cozy and inviting space for me to relax in after a long day of travel.
