Amazing play areas for kids inside and outside, continental breakfast, spacious family room with bunk beds, easy food delivery to the room, convenient location for traveling, comfy and clean rooms.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional. The room was comfortable and clean, exceeding our expectations. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and a bus stop just 50 meters away. The staff were polite and provided excellent check-in and check-out service.

The breakfast lacked variety, with only continental options available. It would have been nice to have a toaster and some eggs, either scrambled or hard-boiled, to add more variety to the meal.

The hotel had a great location, just a short drive to the beautiful Lake Lucerne and the downtown area. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at a nearby restaurant. The room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was satisfying. the hotel had a children's play area and even offered toys in the room for our little ones' entertainment.

The pillows in our room were a bit uncomfortable, like a half-empty sack.

The staff were fantastic, charming, and always helpful. Every room and public space was ultra-clean and very spacious. The meals in the dining room were wonderful. The hotel's secured parking lot and nearby bus station made it convenient to explore Lucerne.

Our children had a great time exploring all the different activities. the room was spacious and comfortable for our family of 3 adults and 2 children. the breakfast provided a decent start to our day. the staff were very polite and efficient during check-in and check-out. the location was perfect, not too far from the city center and with frequent bus service that operated until midnight. There was a bus stop just 50 meters away from the property. We also appreciated the convenience of having a big departmental store next to the hotel.
