The value for money at this hotel was exceptional. The room was comfortable and clean, exceeding our expectations. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and a bus stop just 50 meters away. The staff were polite and provided excellent check-in and check-out service.

The breakfast lacked variety, with only continental options available. It would have been nice to have a toaster and some eggs, either scrambled or hard-boiled, to add more variety to the meal.

The hotel had a great location, just a short drive to the beautiful Lake Lucerne and the downtown area. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at a nearby restaurant. The room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was satisfying. the hotel had a children's play area and even offered toys in the room for our little ones' entertainment.

The pillows in our room were a bit uncomfortable, like a half-empty sack.

We loved our stay at Hotel & Restaurant Charnsmatt. The play area for kids was fantastic, both inside and outside. Our children had a great time exploring all the different activities. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of 3 adults and 2 children. The breakfast provided a decent start to our day. The staff were very polite and efficient during check-in and check-out. The location was perfect, not too far from the city center and with frequent bus service that operated until midnight. There was a bus stop just 50 meters away from the property. We also appreciated the convenience of having a big departmental store next to the hotel.
