Excellent location, convenient tram access, clean and spacious rooms, ample parking, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and meals.

The breakfast was good, hot, and arrived on time. Mark at reception provided helpful information about events and attractions nearby. The location is convenient, within walking distance of the mine and city center. The staff was friendly and gave recommendations.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions in the area. It was conveniently located close to shops, restaurants, and everything Bendigo has to offer. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our family. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful with providing information about the local area. The breakfast was delicious and always served on time.

The soundproofing in the hotel could be improved, as we experienced some noise from other guests and traffic on the main road.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The location was really convenient, very close to the tourist attractions and the food was awesome. The people in charge of the hotel were friendly and accommodating. We had everything we needed in the room.

Some noisy guests made a disturbance at three in the morning and traffic noises could be heard, which wasn't great for sleeping. The room wasn't soundproofed at all which made the experience worse.

The comfortable beds and well-appointed kitchenette were a delight. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to nearby attractions and enjoy a tasty meal at the National Hotel. The friendly staff made me feel welcome and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this motel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and the Central Deborah Gold Mine. I loved sitting on the balcony in the warm weather, enjoying the view of the street. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave me great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The bathroom was stunning, with a double shower that felt heavenly. I also appreciated the well-lit room and the ample power points. The amenities were top-notch, from the large TV with multiple channels including Netflix, to the fully equipped kitchen and the complimentary use of the laundry facilities. this place exceeded my expectations and is definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families as well, as it offers everything one could ask for in terms of comfort and convenience.
