The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Jocelyn who went above and beyond to assist me during the Canada Day fireworks mayhem. the rooms were clean and well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including a bathrobe. the view from the room was amazing, offering a great view of the museum. the hotel's location was perfect, being just a stone's throw away from the Canadian History Museum and connected to the Palais de Congress through an interior walkway. the breakfast buffet at L’ARDOISE was excellent and constantly replenished, with impeccable service from Patricia.

The food choices in the restaurant were a bit limited for those who required gluten-free options. It would be nice to see more variety in this regard.

During my Easter break in the city, two nice surprises caught my attention, a welcoming basket of fruits and a bottle of wine were waiting for me in the room upon arrival. the location of the hotel is convenient, as it was walking distance to some main sites that I wanted to visit. the room view was breathtaking.

the pool area had its drawbacks. the lifeguard limited the number of kids despite there being only a few present, and the parking system was tedious.
