The location of the hotel is great, as it is within walking distance to the Ottawa centre. Additionally, it is conveniently located opposite the museum, making it easy to explore the history of the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay for guests.

The surrounding area lacks liveliness and there are limited nearby amenities.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Jocelyn who went above and beyond to assist me during the Canada Day fireworks mayhem. the rooms were clean and well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including a bathrobe. the view from the room was amazing, offering a great view of the museum. the hotel's location was perfect, being just a stone's throw away from the Canadian History Museum and connected to the Palais de Congress through an interior walkway. the breakfast buffet at L’ARDOISE was excellent and constantly replenished, with impeccable service from Patricia.

The food choices in the restaurant were a bit limited for those who required gluten-free options. It would be nice to see more variety in this regard.

The location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance to many sights that we had planned to see, such as Parliament Hill and the history museum. The room was spacious and clean, providing us with a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and we received some sweet compliments from the hotel during our stay. Having a swimming pool was a great advantage, especially with the hot weather. We also appreciated the free coffee/tea/milk in the morning and the availability of water with lemon in the lobby.

We would highly recommend this hotel to families.

I arrived late at Four Points and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and efficient check-in process. Despite a last-minute change in room availability, the staff offered me a spacious and upgraded room with a dining table and kitchen. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the hotel had excellent facilities, including a nearby conference center. The location was also great, with attractions like Parliament Hill and a museum just a short walk away. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.

Small pool without a changing room, inconvenient to walk through the lobby in a bathing suit. Noise from the elevator in rooms located across from it.
