The location was ideal, central to everything, and the hosts, Cheryl and Roger, were exceptional. the bed was comfortable, especially accommodating my disabled wife. the staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the room exceeded my expectations by including an extra single bed and couch. the hot water and water pressure were great, and there were plenty of extra pillows available. Despite road noise, it wasn't a constant disturbance, and the room stayed warm without needing the air conditioner. the outdoor saltwater pool was a nice touch, and the free WiFi and parking onsite were convenient amenities.

The towels had a lingering musty smell.

Nearby attractions like Western Plains Cultural Centre, Dubbo Observatory, and Taronga Western Plains Zoo offered family bonding opportunities, while relaxation was easily found at the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers.

I always come back for business. Staff helped with luggage first time. Everything perfect - Wi-Fi, Free parking, Saltwater pool, Electric kettle. Express check-in/out. Sun loungers. No pets. Air conditioning. No smoking. Couldn't ask for more.

Visited the HOTEL TRIPLET ENTERTAINMENT and FAMILY spots nearby, we had a blast! Room's comfy and cozy, perfect chill spot before hitting the town again.

Wish they had a trendy rooftop bar or a cool hangout area for teens to chill and vibe together after a day of exploring.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - just a short walk from the city center, making it central to everything you need. the staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with some nice renovations done. Plus, getting a ground floor room as requested was a great touch.

Some guests mentioned noise issues even with earplugs and air conditioning on. minor improvements to noise insulation could enhance the experience.
