Free parking, great restaurant, and lovely bar. the hotel offers plenty to explore nearby. At night, I had fun playing detective trying to locate the source of the mysterious mechanical noises – a unique experience indeed!

The room was a good size & very clean, which made for a comfortable overnight stay. It was spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing time at the end of a long day.

The taste of the coffee in the room was disappointing, almost like dishwashing liquid. When we asked for coffee in the breakfast room, the staff member refused service, despite us offering to pay.

My recent stay at this hotel was a great experience. the staff were very friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home. I got upgraded to a bigger room, which was a pleasant surprise. the restaurant and bar area were fantastic, with great food and drinks available. the location is central, making it easy to explore the local shopping district. the housekeeping was top-notch, and it only took them 2 days to get the smoke smell out of the hotel after an incident. I will happily stay here again next time I'm in town.

One thing that could be improved at this hotel is the issue with the Wifi connectivity. Some guests, including myself, had trouble connecting due to a security issue with their devices.

The renovated hotel provided a clean and comfortable room with a great shower, but the lack of parking spaces and noise from the nightclub downstairs were disappointing aspects of the stay. the room itself was spacious and luxurious, making it a pleasant place to relax after a day of exploring the city.

I always return for the ultimate comfort and convenience. I lost a ring on my first stay, and the staff found it for me. They offer free Wi-Fi, parking, a lounge, and a restaurant. Every amenity suits my business trips perfectly.

The staff were friendly and helpful upon check-in. The room was quiet and comfortable with impressive renovations. The 'night light' was a thoughtful touch. the pillows were too high. The tiny 15m2 studio faced a noisy train station. Despite these issues, the furnishings were lovely. It was disappointing that a refund or credit couldn't be provided for a shortened stay. The hotel is conveniently located and the complimentary water was a nice touch, but the room lacked enough towels for all guests.

The facilities were top-notch, with something for everyone in the family to enjoy. From the kids' club to the family-friendly pool area, we were all catered to perfectly. the comfortable rooms and fantastic amenities made our family vacation truly unforgettable.

My children wanted more kids' activities available for younger guests.

We absolutely loved staying at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be better, as it is right in the center of town next to the police station. This made it so convenient for us to walk out the front and find shops and cafes to explore. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, with the housekeeping going above and beyond to ensure our room was clean and comfortable. We were even greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival. The room itself was spacious and had all the amenities we could ask for, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The mini-bar was well-stocked and the sitting area and dining table added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. We were impressed with the free toiletries provided and appreciated the convenience of having a washing machine and dryer in the room. the hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and quality.

The hotel had a great location and it was easy to get around the city from there. As a guest on Xmas, I appreciated that the hotel restaurant was open and offered a nice menu. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room was quite small and had no power points near the bed which was a bit inconvenient. the noise level was quite high which made it difficult to sleep.
