Some spots showed their age, with firm bedding & slow showers. But, hey, a clean slate cleansed any missteps.

Spacious room with a comfy bed. Clean spa bath perfect for two. Central location and fair pricing. Easy parking right outside. Attentive staff.

The free access to the local aquatic and fitness centre was a fantastic perk. I felt like a fish in water in the swimming pools, swimming laps like Michael Phelps. It was a refreshing way to start my day before indulging in the complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast.

The décor in the hotel was charming, with lovely floral patterns and cozy armchairs in the lobby. It was easy for me to navigate the hotel as a senior, with handrails along the hallways and gentle lighting that didn't strain my eyes.

Can make tea and toast in room. Clean and efficient. Double glazed windows for quiet. Clean room with all necessary amenities. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Always coming back for weekend. First stay staff helped with late check-in. Perfect spot with Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour security, Jacuzzi. Also features electric kettle, in-room breakfast, cots. No pets, AC, no smoking. Fits my needs, no regrets.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the Great Ocean Road, making it perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. It is also close to downtown and a major whale watching beach, providing easy access to the city center and breathtaking ocean views. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some even having a spa for a relaxing experience. Additionally, the staff is accommodating and the breakfast is reasonably priced and delicious.

There was no housekeeping available during our stay, which was a letdown considering the price we paid for our extended trip.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, I was impressed with the level of luxury and comfort it provided. The location of this place is fantastic, as it is just off the Great Ocean Road with easy access to downtown and a major whale watching beach. It was a great advantage to be able to explore the city center and other attractions just within a 5-minute drive.

stayed in warrnambool before, but comfort inn was even better. clean room, comfy bed, and spa bath was a bonus. central location and friendly staff. would book again!

no table to eat breakfast

I had a pleasant stay at Comfort Inn. Although the room was on the smaller side, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. the modern bathroom was a plus and there was minimal noise, which was appreciated. the managers went above and beyond to rectify an issue on our wedding night by upgrading us to the honeymoon suite and providing a bottle of wine. Their service and kindness were exceptional.

No breakfast included, small room and wardrobe, limited bench space in the bathroom.

We spent Christmas in this hotel and I must say that the staff was very friendly and welcoming. the location was great as it was very close to shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the fresh towels provided daily.

We had a terrible experience in this hotel. the breakfast was not available during the entire Christmas period, which was very disappointing.
