I loved relaxing at the spa centre, which offered a variety of treatments including massages and a Turkish bath. the staff also accommodated my request to prepare breakfast earlier before my early flight, which was a lovely touch. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to fellow travellers.

The staff were very accommodating and multilingual. I was pleasantly surprised when, like a magician pulling a rabbit out of a hat, the evening receptionist whisked us away on an impromptu tour of the city's iconic landmarks. His enthusiasm was like a burst of confetti in a dull room.
