I recently stayed at a motel in a convenient location. The staff, particularly Terry, were helpful and accommodating. There was a small issue with our family room, but they quickly organized different rooms for us to ensure a smooth check-in. Despite a problem with the amount charged to my account, the staff resolved the issue and were very helpful throughout the process. I had a positive experience at the motel.

The air conditioning was weak and needed an extra fan to cool the room. Limited power points, especially on one side of the bed.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to assist my family during a medical emergency. the room was spacious and immaculately presented, with a comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. We also appreciated the late check-in option and the flexibility to extend our stay. our experience at Robert Towns was exceptional. We highly recommend it!

We had a brief visit to Townsville and decided to stay at a motel in a quiet area close to the city. The location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance to bars and restaurants. It was also convenient for us as it was close to the airport. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean with no issues. The staff provided excellent service and check-in and check-out were a breeze. We appreciated the easy access to breakfast options and enjoyed the view from our room.

That the pool area could get a bit noisy at times due to other guests.

Convenient and Pet-friendly

I recently stayed at a motel in a great location and had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and had all the essential amenities, such as toiletries and tea/coffee supplies. The motel is pet-friendly, which was a big plus for me. Although there were a few minor issues like the lack of natural light and the absence of a side table near the bed, overall I had a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and the parking was easy. It was also conveniently located near Woolies and restaurants, making it a convenient choice. I would recommend this motel for a comfortable and pet-friendly stay.

Comfy bed, great linens and pillows, soft towels. Excellent water pressure, loads of hot water. Strong and stable WiFi. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out process. Quiet location, easy walk to town. Delicious room service meals. Fair price. Will definitely stay again.

The free Wi-Fi and breakfast were nice touches. the location was convenient, close to major attractions and public transportation. the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Dirty shower and toilet, ripped chair and tattered table. the fridge hadn't been defrosted in a while and the water tasted awful.
