I recently stayed at a motel in a convenient location. The staff, particularly Terry, were helpful and accommodating. There was a small issue with our family room, but they quickly organized different rooms for us to ensure a smooth check-in. Despite a problem with the amount charged to my account, the staff resolved the issue and were very helpful throughout the process. I had a positive experience at the motel.

Dirty shower and toilet, ripped chair and tattered table. The fridge hadn't been defrosted in a while and the water tasted awful.
