The hotel has an excellent location, close to transport, shops, and sports venues. the outside green areas, swimming pool, and mini-gym make the most of the great weather in Brisbane. the property is larger than expected, offering three function rooms and a restaurant. It also features a small but lovely garden for weddings, guest laundries at a small cost, a playground, and a pool. the beautifully maintained picnic areas and BBQ facilities provide a fun outdoor setting for guests.

One improvement could be to ensure a more efficient room servicing schedule, especially for longer stays, to avoid any inconveniences for guests. providing clearer communication regarding dining options and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of room service orders would enhance the overall guest experience.

the location was ideal, clean rooms with crisp beds, and efficient staff. We appreciated the rooms being ready quickly despite their busyness, and the kind gesture of a cleaner driving us to our new room due to my husband's mobility issues. the grounds and gardens were well-maintained, with no traffic noise and peaceful surroundings. Quality pub-style meals and a games room added to our enjoyable experience.

I was impressed by the friendly professionalism of the staff at the hotel. the check-in process was smooth and they were always available to assist with any queries. the standard of the units was top-notch, with spacious rooms and comfortable amenities. I particularly enjoyed the view over the lawns from my room, which was a peaceful and relaxing sight to wake up to.

One minor downside during my stay was the slightly slow Wi-Fi connection in the room. It was a small inconvenience, but I would have preferred a faster internet speed for browsing and working.

Great breakfast buffet, accommodating staff, and excellent service. Comfortable and quiet room with nice shower and hot water. The facilities are exceptional, including a playground, swimming pool, and BBQ area. The communication from the property is amazing. The restaurant made a special request happen, although a bit expensive. Daily housekeeping was excellent.

As business travelers, we loved the free WiFi and the availability of water bottles at Quality Hotel Robertson Gardens. The clean rooms and well-stocked kitchen were a bonus. The excellent breakfast selection and close proximity to shopping and sport venues added to the convenience of our stay.

The hotel was conveniently located not far from the city and had easy access to public transportation. We were able to explore the city and nearby attractions without any hassle. The restaurant on-site provided us with a delicious meal on our first night, and there were also shops nearby for any necessities we needed. The hotel was situated in a pleasant area, surrounded by green spaces, creating a peaceful atmosphere.

The shower in our room seemed to have some temperature control issues. It would sometimes fluctuate drastically from very cold to scorching hot, making it difficult to find a comfortable temperature.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. We had everything we needed in the bathroom, including shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. the location was great, there was plenty of parking near our room and the pool was nice to relax by.

The young woman seemed like she didn't want to be there and kept telling us we hadn't paid even though we had. the reception staff weren't great either, they gave us the wrong key when we checked in and seemed uninterested when we checked out.

I had a great stay at Quality Hotel Robertson Gardens. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and gave me plenty of energy for the day. The location was perfect for my needs and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The facilities were outstanding and I particularly enjoyed the quietness of my room. I would highly recommend this hotel.
