i checked in at nightcap at 8pm, tired and hungry, found a great bistro close by with satisfying food. comfy room too, friendly staff went out of their way. will return.

the room at nightcap was super clean. it's near caravan companies - shopping, and medical places. great spot to stay for events. the staff were incredibly helpful - going above and beyond. free drinks and parking were a sweet bonus!

The location of the property was convenient for our seminars, but our room had a wet bed, no clean towels, and no breakfast information. The noise from the 24/7 factory next door was disruptive. the staff were helpful, quick freeway access was a plus, and the bistro staff were nice. The beds were uncomfortable, bins were not emptied, and the lack of kitchen supplies was disappointing. The large suite was great for kids, with a nice restaurant and playground nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Secondly, the shower was exceptional, with great water pressure. Additionally, the TV in the room was large and provided ample entertainment. Lastly, the free parking was a great convenience.

No major issues, all was satisfactory.

Clean premises, helpful staff, convenient swipe card access, enjoyable bar and games rooms. Will definitely return.

The hotel's location was great - close to the airport and with easy access to public transport. the staff was welcoming and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable with a cozy bed. We also appreciated the breakfast box included in the room.
