The purpose of my trip was to enjoy a peaceful vacation and I stayed at Bachleda Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and supportive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional breakfast that was served every morning. Additionally, the hotel is in a great location, with perfect views and lots of parking spaces. The lobby, restaurant, and spa were all recently refurbished and looked sleek and modern. Finally, the relaxation area with various saunas was a pleasant and worth it experience.

Celebrating New Year at this hotel was a wonderful experience! The beautifully renovated lobby gave a warm and festive atmosphere. The room, although not upgraded, was clean and had a lovely view of the ski slope. The highlight of the stay was the amazing SPA, which is one of the best in the area. The Christmas Eve meal and horse and sleigh ride were great fun and added to the festive spirit. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to the town center and nearby attractions.

The dining area for breakfast and dinners was a disappointment. It was large, noisy, and lacked any ambience.

I had an amazing experience at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect for skiing as the slope was just outside the hotel. The regular bus service to the town or nearby attractions was a great bonus. The hotel had a nice swimming pool and entertainment for kids, making it a family-friendly place. The breakfast provided was the best I have ever had, with a wide range of choices. The staff at this hotel were cheerful, friendly, and very helpful.

The customer service at this hotel was unfriendly and even tried to cheat me twice on the breakfast charge while paying. However, I believe this might be more cultural and not comparable to customer service in the UK. Despite this, I would still recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had an amazing stay here! The hotel is situated right on a ski slope, which was incredibly convenient for skiing. The location in the mountains provided breathtaking views from the terrace. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including the indoor swimming pool and sauna, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The room itself was elegant and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. We couldn't have asked for more!
