I loved staying at this place! The location was perfect, with easy access to trams and the city center. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean and new, and the modern design really stood out. The food was delicious and above average, and the breakfast options were varied and tasty. I especially enjoyed the casual setting of the bar and restaurant, it felt comfortable without feeling like a typical bar. I also appreciated the wine list and the attentive service provided by the staff. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

The pre-arrival email introducing the welcoming staff was a nice touch. We were pleasantly surprised by the large and well-equipped room, especially the great bathroom and amenities. The hotel's convenient location near Albert Park and easy access to tram and CBD made exploring Melbourne a breeze. The bar and restaurant downstairs offered tasty food and a great atmosphere. The rooftop terrace was a nice retreat from the city. Despite some street noise, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for its great rooms and convenient location.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. the decoration was fabulous, and our room was incredibly comfortable with a super-sized bed and big windows. We loved the spacious bathroom with a superb large shower. the hotel facilities, including the rooftop bar with spectacular views, were wonderful. the staff were welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

I especially loved the comfortable bed and refreshing shower. the hotel also had a rooftop area with amazing views, which added to the overall experience. the location was great as well, with easy access to tram stops within a block or so. I made the most of this by exploring South Melbourne Markets and taking leisurely walks around Albert Park. It was truly a wonderful weekend, and I can't wait to come back!

The location of this pub with rooms is fantastic, with a great village vibe and plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants to explore. The room itself is clean and modern-looking, with soundproofed walls to ensure a peaceful stay. There is also free parking available nearby for added convenience. The breakfast, although a la carte, offers a selection of quality options to start your day.

The wifi arrangement could be improved, with limited device access and short validity periods for the usernames and passwords provided.

The soap they offered was really good and it was replenished every day. the hotel was located near two train stations, which made it easy to get around the city. the bed was quite comfortable, and the linens were soft to the touch.

The cleaning staff was extremely loud in the mornings and woke me up earlier than I intended. On top of that, the shower was difficult to use, and I struggled to maintain a consistent temperature.
