Upon check, in, Rosemary warmly welcomed us and quickly resolved any minor issues we had, such as a missing frying pan. the 3, bedroom house we stayed in was spacious and well, equipped, with a large TV offering Netflix for the kids to enjoy. the thick, fluffy towels provided were a lovely touch, and the abundance of essential supplies like laundry detergent and coffee made our stay comfortable. Helen's outstanding customer service was a standout for me, as she went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, even adjusting the room temperature prior to our arrival. the location was convenient, and the inclusion of fresh fruit was a nice touch. it was a clean and cozy experience. On the flip side, the attitude of the owners during check, in left much to be desired. Despite my dissatisfaction and requests for a refund, the situation was not resolved to my satisfaction. Room servicing was also overlooked during our two, night stay, which was disappointing.

We hit up the zoo and the awesome hotel triplets entertainment - Netflix marathon all night! Rooms were cozy, with a dope kitchen. Huge plus for the thick, fluffy towels! We were living our best lives here.

The database provides a user-friendly interface with easy navigation and detailed search filters. the rooms were spacious with plenty of storage space for suitcases in the bedrooms. the bar fridge in the room was convenient for storing drinks and snacks.

The database lacked a feature for saving favorite listings for easy access later on.

Our frequent stopover at Rosemary's welcoming abode in was met with consistently exceptional service and amenities. the spacious, well-equipped rooms, convenient cooking facilities, and refreshing pool made our stay a rejuvenating experience. Rosemary's thoughtful touches, including ample towels, luxurious bedding, and stocked kitchen, added a homely feel to our visit. Efficient communication and a comfortable setting made our return visits a joy. We will continue to choose this cozy retreat every year during our QLD travels.

This place was perfect for my stay! The location was ideal as it was close to everything I wanted to do in the area. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. I especially loved the amenities like the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The room had a nice sitting area and dining table, which was a great bonus. it was a wonderful experience.

The apartment was well thought out, providing plenty of hooks and bench space throughout. the location was ideal, away from the hustle and bustle but still close to town. the thick and fluffy towels provided were a luxury that we appreciated.

There was a minor hiccup with the lack of a frying pan, which was needed to fully utilize the well-supplied kitchen. the towels were all a very similar color, making it difficult to determine which one belonged to each person.
