I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, close to Flagstaff Gardens, and within walking distance to other attractions. The rooms were very clean and spacious, providing a luxurious experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff who even offered me a glass of champagne. The helpfulness of the staff throughout my stay was exceptional. I also enjoyed the cafe on the ground floor, which turned into a wine bar later in the day. The coffee I had in the morning was delicious.

The hotel itself was beautifully designed, with plenty of sunlight in the rooms, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This hotel is in a great location, near Chinatown and the vibrant Latrobe street. Plus, it's right next to the fire station, so you'll never miss a siren! The room and bathroom were clean and modern, with an amazing shower. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, and even offered housekeeping when we needed it. The breakfast, although a bit pricey, was average but satisfying. The view from the room was okay, and we appreciated the slippers and robes provided.

The room was spacious and had luxurious facilities, including a private lounge area and special diet menus. The restaurant had a variety of options and the bar was well stocked. The location was perfect, away from the city noise yet close to trams, trains, and markets.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the room lacked adequate cutlery and cups/mugs for four people. However, there were extra linens and pillows available upon request.
