I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, close to Flagstaff Gardens, and within walking distance to other attractions. The rooms were very clean and spacious, providing a luxurious experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff who even offered me a glass of champagne. The helpfulness of the staff throughout my stay was exceptional. I also enjoyed the cafe on the ground floor, which turned into a wine bar later in the day. The coffee I had in the morning was delicious.

This hotel is in a great location, near Chinatown and the vibrant Latrobe street. Plus, it's right next to the fire station, so you'll never miss a siren! The room and bathroom were clean and modern, with an amazing shower. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, and even offered housekeeping when we needed it. The breakfast, although a bit pricey, was average but satisfying. The view from the room was okay, and we appreciated the slippers and robes provided.

There was no pool available at this hotel.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities and exceptional service. the staff was welcoming and accommodating; they helped me with everything I needed. the room was spacious and had luxurious facilities, including a private lounge area and special diet menus. the restaurant had a variety of options and the bar was well stocked.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the room lacked adequate cutlery and cups/mugs for four people. there were extra linens and pillows available upon request.
