Simply put, the location was convenient for my appointments. Although the room was below average, the $64 breakfast charge confusion left a bitter taste in my mouth. I appreciated the helpful staff and the comfy sofa in my room. I must say, the missing freezer and brown water were not ideal—it made me wonder if I was in a luxury hotel or a comedy show! The hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to Macquarie Centre and the shopping mall. It is also near the train station, making it easy to get around. The rooms are clean and well laid out, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing a welcoming glass of wine upon arrival. The breakfast is delicious and the room service meals are of high quality.

We had a fantastic stay at Courtyard! The location was perfect for exploring the nearby shopping centers and accessing the motorway. The property was well-maintained and very clean. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The free Wi-Fi provided a fast and reliable connection. Although there were some minor inconveniences, such as an unmade room and trouble with parking ticket validation, it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. The included breakfast was excellent, and the dinner in the restaurant was spectacular.
