The location was absolutely perfect, with stunning beach views and easy access to both Carmel market and old Town Jaffa. Public transportation was also convenient, with a bus stop just a short walk away. the staff, especially Orem and Tzlil, were friendly and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised at check-in with champagne and an upgraded room. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the barista made a great cappuccino. we had a memorable experience and hope to return soon.

We had a great experience staying at Brown Hotels. the location was fantastic, right on the beachfront and within walking distance to the city center. the hotel's rooftop access was a wonderful amenity, offering beautiful views of the sea. We also appreciated the availability of water and tea in the lobby, a nice touch to keep us refreshed. the beds were comfortable and the staff was very helpful. They even sent us WhatsApp messages with free activities happening on site, like yoga, which was a nice surprise.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel by the shore, close to Jaffa, Carmel Market, and the beaches. the view from my 14th floor room was breathtaking. the breakfast spread was substantial with plenty of salads, cheese, and even omelettes. the staff at Brown Hotels were polite, effective, and very helpful. the cleaning staff worked tirelessly to keep the rooms spotless. Rebecca, in particular, went above and beyond in assisting me with bus routes and obtaining a transport card. It was truly a value for money option, with comfortable rooms and beds.

Some parts of the hotel, such as the third floor with the jacuzzis, might benefit from renovations to enhance the overall experience.

We had an amazing stay at Brown Brut! The location was perfect, right on the beach with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and party spots in the area. The hotel offered complimentary bikes, which we took advantage of, and it made getting around even more convenient. The receptionist handled a mixup with our room quickly and we ended up with a spacious queen room with a stunning beach/city view. The amenities exceeded our expectations, including a complimentary bottle of water, cocktail, and other treats. The breakfast was superb and definitely worth adding to your stay. The staff was friendly and the hospitality was outstanding, with endless snacks and beverages available. We truly felt welcomed at Brown Hotels.

We were pleasantly surprised by the strong wifi and the wide range of channels and apps available on the TV. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious, one of the best we've had in any hotel. The location was perfect, with Jaffa and Carmel Market just a short distance away, and beautiful beaches nearby. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. we were impressed by the facilities and amenities offered by Brown Brut.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel with an amazing location next to the beach. The staff, especially Yahel at check-in, were incredibly helpful and even secured me an upgrade. The room, although small, had everything I needed and offered a stunning view. The hotel facilities, including complimentary bikes, made it easy to explore the city on foot or by bike. The breakfast was exquisite, and I highly recommend spending a night on the rooftop with hot tubs to enjoy the sunset.
