We had an amazing time staying at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short 2-minute drive to the visitors centre where we could get everything we needed for our park visit. The chalet was quite big with good size windows and sliding doors onto a small deck, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff were very accommodating and prepared our room early when we arrived days earlier than expected.

Although the service at the restaurant was a bit slow, the food was delicious. We enjoyed a lovely dinner with a beautiful view from our window seat, where we also got to observe some adorable wildlife.

wilderness village is perfect, very near to the Visitor Centre. staff were friendly and helpful. accommodation was warm and comfortable. kitchen amenities were sufficient and we could cook simple food easily. the premium cabins were super cute clean and comfy. almost every time we opened the front door there was a friendly little wallaby there. staff were lovely and helpful. the room was well designed and very comfortable. it was cold to start with but heating did work, and there was plenty of hot water. excellent location. cabins are laid out for maximum privacy and are clean, comfortable and well appointed. the spa with a view was a real treat. we loved being able to spot the local wildlife from our room and enjoyed nightly visits from a curious local possum. due to the location there is no wifi to the cabins but it is available at reception if needed.

We booked a cabin near the National Park, hoping for an unforgettable stay, but it turned out to be below average. The room was small and outdated, with uncomfortable beds and a poorly stocked kitchen. The bathroom was tiny and cramped. Although the location was central and close to everything, we were disappointed that there was no view, no breakfast offered, and no helpful or polite staff to assist us. The only positive aspect was being close to the visitor center, which was convenient for catching buses into the park.

This place exceeded my expectations with its fantastic location, just a minute's drive away from the Cradle Mountain information centre. The hotel offers a range of services including room service, laundry, shuttle service, and even a welcome drink upon arrival. The rooms are well-appointed and have all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a balcony with garden furniture. I also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience all the more enjoyable.

The pricing of this hotel is on the higher side compared to other accommodations in the area. However, I would still highly recommend this venue to families and anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay near Cradle Mountain.

The property is located within the wilderness, with beautiful Currawongs visiting the patio. The studio cottage is spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a good shower. The temperature drops at night, providing a great ambient temperature for sleeping. The kitchenette has everything you need, and the on-site restaurant serves delicious tapas-style food. The cabins are nestled in the trees and just a short walk to the Visitor Centre and park shuttle buses.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints at all.

The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful national park and its stunning scenery. We were just a short distance away from the National Parks office and the shuttle bus to Dove Lake, making it really convenient for us to explore the area. the proximity to nature was incredible , we saw possums and pademelons right outside our unit, which was such a unique experience.

One downside was the lack of Wi, Fi in our unit. We had to go to the lounge at the reception area for limited access, and even there the Wi, Fi was slow.

We had a fantastic stay at a very pleasant property. The facilities were great, especially the spacious room with 2 bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. We loved the balcony overlooking nature, it was so relaxing. The location inside the National Park was perfect, close to everything and with a stunning view of Cradle Mountain from the reception desk. The frequent shuttle to Dove Lake was a convenient bonus. The accommodation itself was tastefully appointed and had a lovely bush outlook. The jacuzzi tub in our unit was a luxurious treat. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel nestled in the heart of the stunning national park. The location was simply breathtaking, with panoramic views of the park from the large picture window in the center of our cozy cottage. The peaceful forest surroundings was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The cabins were clean and comfortable, and the bush outlooks were really lovely. the spa in the cabins was also a fun feature. the location was great, with easy access to the Cradle Mountain Visitor Centre and shuttle bus. We enjoyed the variety of walks and the peacefulness of the surroundings.

The staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming upon our arrival. Additionally, the lack of a cooked breakfast option was disappointing.

The cabin was in the forest and we could see wildlife right from our balcony. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room amenities were fantastic, the balcony was really comfortable, and the soundproofed rooms provided us with a very peaceful atmosphere.
