The room was spotless, and I had a peaceful stay with no disruptions. The air conditioning kept the room cool despite the hot weather. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with bars, restaurants, and casinos to keep me entertained. The pool area was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The spacious room had a huge bathtub, perfect for a romantic weekend. The comfortable bed provided one of the best nights of sleep in a long time. I had a great view of the city's stunning sunset from the room. The hotel's location was convenient for accessing local attractions and public transportation.

The bathroom is well-maintained. The hotel offers a variety of food options, including a French restaurant. The pool is impressive and the Italian restaurant provides excellent service.

The New Years Eve Atrium Buffet was expensive for what was on offer and the wait staff were miserable.

Located near an impressive fountain outside and easily accessible to all the restaurants and the casino. It had convenient transit to local attractions making it an excellent central location for tourist spots. The room had a huge bathtub with a great view of the city and lovely bathrobes to use. The service was impressive with helpful and friendly staff ensuring every need was met. Moreover, the breakfast was delicious with a timely room service. The view of the city during sunset time was breathtaking!

There was some inconvenience with uncleaned bench tops and tables in the room.

Delicious room service food, comfortable bed, and great views of the river and pool. Spacious Deluxe King room with a nice bathtub. Bubbly and chocolates for special occasions. Enjoyed access to executive lounge for pre-dinner drinks and breakfast. Lovely pool area.

The room with a view overlooking the river and city was amazing. The sky show was great to watch. The Atrium had a great atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly staff. The entertainment, including girls on stilts, was impressive. The beautiful decorations and pleasant aroma added to the overall experience.

It was all superb.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury, boasting exclusive amenities and fulfilling all our luxurious needs. The Casino and Spa & wellness centre were wonderful, offering top-notch services. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were equally inviting, complete with sun loungers and a Jacuzzi. The restaurant and bar/lounge area provided us with delicious meals and cocktails that were of the finest quality. The private facilities were unparalleled and the location was perfect.

Although this hotel exceeded our expectations, there was one minor issue. The coffee/tea in the lobby was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.

Not everything was a total disaster! The bed was comfy and the room was clean. We also liked that the hotel was in a great location close to all the exciting sights. The shining light of this place was the beautiful bathroom with its lovely deep bath. It was so relaxing after a long day of exploring the city.

What a disaster! The complimentary bottle of water in the room is actually an overpriced trap!
