The value for money at Crowne Plaza was excellent, with a beautiful room and stunning views of the city and river. The location was perfect, with easy access to trams and just a short walk from Crown. The staff treated me like a VIP and made my 30th birthday celebration extra special.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved with more inclusive options for children.

So many facilities! I felt like I had everything I needed at my fingertips. The pool, the gym, the restaurant - they had it all. And the concierge gave me all the insider tips.

Dusty lobby, dingy hallways, and noisy rooms. But who cares about cleanliness and soundproofing anyway?

As a woman traveling alone, I loved the spacious and modern room with a stunning river view. The window took up the whole wall, offering a fantastic view of the Yarra River and Melbourne Convention Centre. The location was perfect, just steps away from the tram stop providing free rides around the CBD area. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and even more within a short tram ride. The friendly and helpful reception staff made my stay even more enjoyable.

The staff at the hotel were amazing and accommodating. They went out of their way to make our Easter stay special and even gave us little extras for a birthday celebration. the hotel is located in a convenient spot, close to the city and several restaurants. the room was clean and comfortable with nice toiletries provided.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. Secondly, there were some cleanliness issues in the room, with water marks on the bathroom walls and dust in certain areas.

Our Christmas lunch buffet at Crown was unbeatable at just $65 per person. The staff quickly recovered from a small delay by offering a complimentary glass of wine. Service was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this hotel.

They upgraded our room to one with a better river view and even surprised us with complimentary champagne. The view of the Crown Gas Brigade at night was beautiful. The room was clean, well-lit, and had a huge window showcasing the lovely river. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast staff were friendly. Great location, with trams outside and walking distance to attractions. a very pleasant experience.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location was perfect with easy access to all the major tourist attractions and right on the river. The room amenities were excellent, especially the premium bedding, heating/air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooftop pool and fitness center were great, and I enjoyed the poolside snack bar and restaurant.

This place is definitely recommended to all!

The hotel's location couldn't have been better for my conference at the nearby exhibition centre. Plus, the breakfast area was conveniently located right next to it. The proximity to everything in the central district was remarkable. The room's cleanliness and great lighting in the bathroom were attractive. Staff were amicable and prompt with service. The breakfast, particularly the coffee, was outstanding.

The hotel lacked a comfortable lounge area with natural light, which was a letdown.

We just had our 4th amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza in Melbourne, and we can't get enough of its perfect location. It's so convenient to grab a tram right outside the hotel and head into the city, or enjoy a leisurely stroll along the river. the staff at the door and reception go above and beyond to cater to our needs, and we absolutely loved the option for a late check out. the overall experience from check-in to the valet parking and the comfortable bed was just fantastic. And let's not forget the stunning view over the river and the delicious buffet breakfast. We would definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being recently refurbished to a high standard. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic buffet breakfast offered. The staff provided exceptional service, with a particular shoutout to the gentleman who took care of my luggage and offered assistance. The location was ideal, as it was close to everything we needed, including tram stops for easy transportation.

The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. They were always prompt to help with any request and even gave us a free champagne upon arrival for New Year's Eve. The room was cozy and had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had fantastic facilities, such as a rooftop pool and a fitness center. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Despite a few minor issues, like dirty windows in the room and ongoing renovations, I found the value for money to be reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Although there were a few minor issues, they did not overshadow our positive experience. The ventilation system was loud on the first night, but the hotel promptly moved us to a different room.
