The room was perfect - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The facilities were fabulous, including a lovely pool and spa. The staff were friendly, warm, and super accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was great, and the hotel was very comfortable overall.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better was the quality of the food. It was average for the price we paid.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms were spacious, allowing us plenty of room to work, dine, and relax. The hotel facilities, especially the swimming pool, were fantastic. The staff, particularly James and Emilia, were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the email they sent prior to our arrival to see if there was anything they could arrange for us. The location of the hotel was great, close to Crown Casino and within walking distance to Circular Quay. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfasts available along the waterfront.

The Langham is a classy hotel with friendly staff who go above and beyond. They even delivered our McDonald's to our room at 4am after our wedding. The pool area is also impressive.

Felt like home, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was genuine, attentive, and warm, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They even let us use the day spa to freshen up before check-in. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, with a king bed that was the largest we had ever seen. The room service was impeccable, and the food was amazing. We also loved the personal touches in the room, like the fresh flowers. The hotel's location in the oldest area of the city was perfect, with a quick walk to the waterfront. this was a complete luxury experience that we will always remember.

The rooms were spacious and had wonderful beds. The view from the window was amazing. The staff was attentive and accommodating, paying attention to every detail. The breakfast was perfect, with a variety of options. The heated swimming pool and spa were loved by our children. Darren from reception went above and beyond by bringing us early morning coffee every day.

Great staff throughout the hotel. Well appointed rooms and very pleasant and relaxing decor. Good room layouts in the suites. Good gym with a full range of equipment. Located away from the tourist masses and nicely located for walking all over the city.

Couldn't get into the spa for a couples massage. Despite requesting it in advance, people who weren't staying at the hotel seemed to have priority.

The hotel's location was perfect, situated next to Darling Harbour and the Crown casino, in the heart of Sydney's CBD area. Being close to the bustling cruise ship port added excitement to my stay. The breakfast spread was delicious and provided a great start to the day. The staff went above and beyond, making me feel welcomed and special throughout my stay.
