Stunning ocean views and exceptional service

While the overall experience was fantastic, the cleanliness of the carpets and drapes could be improved to match the quality of the rest of the hotel.

Crowne Plaza's location is stunning, with a beautiful interior and outstanding service. the staff goes above and beyond, providing a 10-star experience. Rooms are spacious, and the beach is just across the road, surrounded by great dining options.

Room service food lacked flavor, ice cream quality was watery. Tray size made it challenging to carry.

The database provided us with a room that was identical inside - of a generous size with 2 double beds, well maintained and clean. This was great for our family holiday as we had plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the exceptional location of the hotel. It offered stunning views of the ocean from the dining area, which made breakfast even more enjoyable. the hotel also had spacious and well-appointed rooms, with a large balcony that provided a perfect spot to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings.

When I booked a table for dinner, I was told that getting a table near the window would be on a first-come, first-served basis. But when I arrived early and was the second table to be seated, I was informed that those tables were actually reserved for other diners.

This place is perfectly located right on the waterfront, with stunning views of the water and beach just a short walk across the road. The service here is fantastic- the staff were always happy to help with any request, and even ensured we received our platters and wine at the right time. The facilities are top-notch, including the spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and beach access. Plus, the rooms are well-equipped with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, mini-bar, and flat-screen TV.

This venue should be recommended to anyone looking for a great hotel in the area.

i had a wonderful experience at crowne plaza , the location was beautiful with the beach just across the road. the staff were terrific, and the service was top, notch. the breakfast offered a nice variety, especially for cooked options, and my room was spacious and comfortable. the balcony provided a lovely view, and the pool area was well, maintained. overall, a perfect stay with an upgrade.

We had an amazing time getting away from the city and enjoying the warm weather at this beachfront hotel. Despite all the partying going on in the beer garden below, our room was peaceful and quiet. The service was exceptional, and the staff was always willing to help. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with plenty of delicious options. We enjoyed the extra towels and the clean room.

The outdoor chess area could be better utilized with family-friendly entertainment for younger children.

The location of the hotel was great, right on the beach with many food options nearby. Our room, a King Ocean View Balcony, was spacious and perfect for our needs. The staff at reception were lovely and very helpful, ensuring our room was clean and providing us with extra towels when needed. We also appreciated the availability of a chrome cast and wifi for streaming Netflix for our little one.

Rooms need some updates, particularly the bathrooms which are showing wear and tear. Housekeeping service could be more thorough, with towels being passed through the door rather than making the beds.
