Convenient Location and Excellent Service

We recently stayed at a well-located apartment block in Townsville. Our one-room apartment was a bit snug, but it was well-appointed and very clean. The staff at the apartment block were incredibly friendly and supportive. We were impressed by the excellent building security and loved having easy access to the rooftop pool and BBQ area. The apartment's close proximity to the city centre was a bonus, and we found the price to be very reasonable considering the quality and location.

The location of the apartments is great, as it is close to the city center and main areas. It is also conveniently located near the Strand and the resort hotel area on the other side of the river. This makes it easy to access everything we needed during our stay.

The lack of window coverings in the lounge area made the room quite glary.

During my stay here, I was impressed by the convenient location of this hotel. It was just a short walk away from the city centre, grocery shopping, and even the local leagues club. Plus, it was also within walking distance to the beautiful Strand. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The ironing facilities, air conditioning, and balcony were especially appreciated. The staff went above and beyond with their service, assisting me with any arrangements I needed. I also enjoyed the leisure swimming pool and the sun terrace, which provided a great place to relax and unwind.

I have to say, the apartment was starting to look a bit tired and could use some updates. However, this did not detract from the overall comfort and quality of my stay.

The location was great for our romantic getaway, with many attractions within walking distance. We also enjoyed the lovely view from our balcony, which added to the romantic ambiance of our stay. The pool was an added bonus and a great way to cool off during the hot days.

The apartment we stayed in was quite neglected and in need of a deep cleaning. The sofa was stained, the kitchen was dusty, and the living room roller blind was broken which meant the early morning sun woke us up.
