Could not recommend this place more! Stayed here for a couple of nights and was extremely impressed. the location is absolutely perfect and gives you easy access to trams, shops and great places to eat and drink. the room itself is surprisingly spacious and was very clean. the best part though was the staff. Super friendly, helpful and accommodating all the way from check-in to check-out, which really helped make the visit a positive experience. Will definitely be staying here again. to the great location and comfortable rooms, the Soya Apartment Hotel offers relaxation amenities like BBQ facilities and a lovely garden area, ideal for family bonding. Surrounding landmarks such as Fitzroy Gardens, Arts Centre Melbourne, Rod Laver Arena, and more, provide unique experiences that enhance family enjoyment.

I recently stayed at SoYa and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were considerate and friendly, even doing a late check-in for me. The room was spacious, tidy, and comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, close to everything and yet peaceful and quiet. I would highly recommend SoYa for a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The location was perfect, being so close to everything we needed. We were just a stone's throw away from a really great cafe, and the South Yarra railway station was right next door, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided a high level of customer service. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, with all the amenities we could ask for including a washing machine, dryer, and even an iPad. The rooms were soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable night's sleep. The garden area was a lovely addition, providing a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The location was extremely convenient, close to Toorak Road and South Yarra train station. The staff were friendly and professional. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a longer stay or weekend getaway. The double-glazed windows made it surprisingly quiet despite overlooking the railway line. Free parking was a bonus. The range of nearby restaurants and shops was impressive, and a great cafe was located right next to the apartment block.

I absolutely loved staying at the hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station and surrounded by amazing restaurants. The room was spacious with tall ceilings and solid brick walls, providing a cozy atmosphere. The staff were genuine and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The facilities were top-notch, with amenities like free parking, WiFi, and even a coffee capsule machine. it was a comfortable and stylish experience.

That the bathroom in my room was slightly outdated, with discoloured tile grout and an old shower head.

During my New Year's stay, I loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants, which made it easy to grab a quick bite to eat. the hotel was located near a train station, making it easy to travel around the city. Another aspect I appreciated was the cleanliness and comfort of the room, which was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

One negative aspect of the hotel was the noise level. There was some construction noise nearby that was a bit disruptive at times.
