the location was perfect - with a bus stop out the front and a beautiful beach just a short walk away. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we loved the spacious kitchen and cozy couches. there were great dining options nearby, and the overall experience was fantastic.

The location of the resort was fantastic, with it being directly opposite Flynn's Beach. We were able to enjoy the beautiful beach and shops that were within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing us with a comfortable stay. the resort had plenty of undercover parking for our convenience.

The cancellation policy of the resort was not very accommodating, leaving us disappointed in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

Loved being near the cafes, beach, and shops - super convenient! the swimming pool was great for relaxing, and the sun terrace was a nice spot to chill out in the sun. While the A/C setup could have been better for me due to the hot and humid weather, the ceiling fans in the bedrooms did a solid job keeping things comfortable, so it didn't bother the overall experience too much. 🌞.

We had a wonderful stay at Beaches Holiday Resort. The unit we stayed in was spacious and had everything we needed, including a washing machine and kitchen with a good-sized fridge. The highlight was definitely the location, just a short walk across the road to a beautiful beach. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the surf. It was the perfect spot for a family holiday with the kids. I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We also found the bathroom to be poorly cleaned and in need of some TLC. while the hotel's location and some amenities were positive factors, the lack of proper air conditioning and cleanliness were notable downsides.

This place is located directly across the road from the small but beautiful Flynn's Beach, which was perfect for morning walks and watching the sunset. The location was ideal, with great shops all within 200mtrs and easy access to restaurants. The hotel itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of wardrobe/storage space. The bathroom was clean, and we appreciated the washing machine, dryer, and drying rack. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities, including a good-sized fridge and microwave. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.
