I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better - it's tucked away behind the main street where all the bars and restaurants are located. Everything was within walking distance! The service was top-notch as well. From car hire to dry cleaning and laundry services, they had everything covered. I especially appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival and the tours/ticket assistance. The room was pristine and had all the amenities I needed, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. Even the staff were busy, they never failed to smile and offer helpful service!

This hotel is located near everything you need in town, like a mall, the waterfront, and even a nightclub across the street. The room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities like a comfortable bed, microwave, kettle, and walk-in shower. Staff were friendly.

The hotel, located in the heart of the city, offered us a great base for our city trip. the friendly staff offered us a warm welcome and was very helpful with all our queries. we appreciated the complimentary parking and Wi-Fi services which made our stay more convenient.

One downside we experienced was the noise level at night, which made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. we noticed that the cleanliness of the rooms could have been better, especially regarding the shower screens and under the beds.

I had a great stay at a hotel situated in a central location, close to everything in town. The city centre, cafes, and restaurants were all within walking distance. The hotel was clean, quiet, and had excellent facilities and amenities, including a convenient laundry room. I also enjoyed the good ramen available downstairs. Plus, the hotel offered easy access to the waterfront attractions from its location.

I found that the tap water had a slight chlorine smell, and the cold setting was lukewarm, making me unsure about using it for the kettle.
