The staff at this hotel were fantastic! From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful touches throughout my stay, they really went above and beyond. the housekeeping was impeccable, and I loved the in-room breakfasts - such a nice treat to wake up to. the location was very convenient, just a short stroll to the main shopping area and an easy walk to restaurants and parks around town. I also appreciated the gluten-free options available, a nice touch for those with dietary restrictions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Orange.

While my overall experience at this hotel was wonderful, there were a couple of minor things that could be improved. I found the shower pressure a bit lacking, and it would be great to see some upgrades in the bathroom like better caulking and storage options.

We loved staying here! The location is perfect, allowing for easy walking to downtown shopping and nearby restaurants. The service was outstanding, with staff providing dry cleaning, laundry, and housekeeping, as well as a welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were great, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea/coffee making facilities. We especially enjoyed having a mini-bar, sitting area, and dining table in the room, as well as free toiletries and access to a kitchen with cookware/utensils. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor were nice touches, and the staff at reception were very professional and helpful. The leisure facilities, including on-site car park and Wi-Fi, were perfect for our needs.

I had the most amazing stay at De Russie Boutique. The room was spacious and beautifully laid out, with a comfy bed and beautiful linens. The bathroom, with its huge bath, was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast package included was just what I needed, and I loved the local coffee provided. The staff went above and beyond, even leaving chocolates and a bottle of local wine for my partner's birthday. The attention to detail and little touches made our stay memorable. The location of the hotel is also brilliant, right in the heart of town. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had excellent facilities and amenities, perfect for our group of friends who are trekkers. The comfy rooms, friendly staff, and well-stocked minibar were a bonus. The breakfast provisions and kitchenette made it convenient for us to prepare meals. The location near the Orange Wine Centre was ideal, and we enjoyed the food platter and wine tastings there. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed many things about the hotel. we were offered a complimentary continental breakfast which was a great way to start the day. the location was perfect for exploring the city, it was central and close to lots of restaurants. Another thing we liked was the spacious room which was comfortable and had everything we needed.

There were a few negatives. One thing that bothered us was that the walls in the room weren't very thick, which meant we could hear noises from the neighbouring rooms.
