Our stay at Les Genets was great. After changing rooms, we found the facility to be good. The room was soundproof, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast, although simple, was satisfying. The staff at reception spoke good English and provided excellent service. We were impressed by the convenient parking right in front of the hotel. Additionally, the location was ideal for a stopover on our way to Portugal, as it was just a few minutes from the motorway. The receptionist was also very helpful in providing information about public transportation to Bayonne.

the restaurant at the hotel was great for dining with our dog, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. the location close to the motorway made it easy to find, with quick and easy check-in and check-out.

Shower wasn't fixed correctly.

The hotel is easy to find from the Autoroute and not far from the motorway. It is conveniently located just off a roundabout and on a flight path. The cleanliness of the hotel and the bedroom are exceptional. The staff are welcoming and extremely helpful. The beds were exceedingly comfortable.
