The location of this hotel is spot on, right in the heart of Mansfield, making it super convenient to explore the town and try different local eateries. the staff here were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the bistro served top-notch meals, and the staff at the restaurant were friendly and efficient. It was a relief not to worry about cooking or cleaning up after, just enjoying delicious food with stunning views of the town and countryside.

If there were any downsides to this hotel, they were definitely hard to find. Maybe adding a bit more variety to the menu could be a nice touch.

The hotel room was small, hot, and noisy, with a bunk bed over the double. Owner invaded my privacy and humiliated me, then banned me from using the balcony. the location was perfect, the food was good, and staff were friendly and efficient. The public areas were updated, with a lovely courtyard for dining.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the main street and next to mini golf. The big leather couches in the bar looked like the ideal spot for a Saturday sipper. We were pleased to find a family room and easy access to the rear carpark. Ideal for short overnight stays before skiing.

The staff is friendly and the restaurant offers a good choice of meals. There is secure overnight bike storage and plenty of nearby places for breakfast and coffee.

Secondly, the location is perfect - right in the heart of town, with easy access to everything. And let's not forget about the delicious meals served in the hotel's restaurant. The food is simply outstanding, with a wide variety of options that will please any palate. Lastly, the staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout your stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The room may be small, but the comfortable bed made up for it. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food, even though we didn't dine at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable tips for our activities. The location was super convenient. a worthwhile stay.

Very clean and comfortable stay, friendly and helpful staff. Assistance with obtaining entrance ticket to Mt. Buller was much appreciated. Good basic accommodation with fresh bedding. Onsite bistro serves tasty meals, and a delicious breakfast is available nearby. Great base for a relaxing sleep near Mt. Buller.

Slept here, ok place. Own bath nice. Front veranda cute spot, saw sun set. Staff there lots, good. Bistro food yum. Bit loud outside but quiet for Zzzs. Had a laugh, no TV! Owner Dean top bloke, upgraded us family room. Kiddos loved it, so did I. Mansfield's heart, spot on. Meal nice, service A+. Overnighted, cozy bed, cocktails by fire. Would return. Give it a whirl, worth a shot. Cheers!

The hotel location was great, close to many attractions, and with easy access to public transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was decent and affordable. Despite being a bit old, the hotel facilities were clean and comfortable.

Our stay wasn't great due to some major issues. Our room had a weird smell when we entered, and it looked nothing like the photos on the website.
