This hotel is an excellent place to stay, with its wonderful beachfront location on the pier. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, providing great service throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities we needed, including air conditioning. We enjoyed waking up to an excellent river view from our window. The breakfast had a good variety of options, including strong black coffee by the pot and delicious local butcher's sausages. It would be even better if they could offer more fresh fruit options for breakfast.

We had a very pleasant and peaceful stay at Pier Hotel. Despite ongoing building restoration, our room was comfortable, the shower was great, and the breakfast was excellent. The location in Gorleston was also a pleasant surprise for us to explore. despite a couple of drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel.

There is also a great selection of drinks at the bar, including local ales. The lift is quiet and smooth, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. it's a great value for money and I would recommend it to others.

The location, right on the edge of the beach, was a bonus. The hotel facilities were great and the rooms were cleaned to a high standard each day. The breakfast was delicious, especially the smoked salmon and fluffy scrambled eggs. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
