I had a fantastic three night stay at this luxurious hotel in early September. The Chardonnay cottage I stayed in was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The spa bath was a brilliant addition and the locally made bath salts provided a wonderful treat. The property itself was stunning, with a relaxing ambiance and the opportunity for early morning walks around the vineyard. The staff were incredibly friendly and the hosts took the time to chat and share stories. The chef's talent was evident in the delicious breakfasts, which were made even better by the locally roasted coffee on offer. this place provided a quiet and secluded getaway, perfect for couples looking to relax and unwind.

The owners, Stuart and Evelyn, were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. They even surprised me with a thoughtful birthday surprise in my room, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast provided was delicious and fueled me up for a day of exploring the nearby wineries. One thing that stood out to me was their attention to detail and the little extras they provided, without trying to charge extra at every turn. Plus, the company of their beautiful dogs added an extra touch of warmth to my stay. I can't recommend Red Door Collective - Rdc Estate enough for a perfect getaway in the Hunter region.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with a cafe nearby and plenty of restaurants to choose from. It was also conveniently close to all the other wineries in the area. The room we stayed in was beautifully furnished and the bathroom was spacious. The service provided by the hosts was impeccable, they made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast served was delicious and we enjoyed the complimentary cheese platter and bottle of wine. The view from our balcony overlooking the vines was breathtaking.

The wine tastings and coffee bar were still in their infancy due to the hotel being under new ownership.
