After a long day exploring, I was grateful for Desert Palms Alice Springs' refreshing pool. It was the perfect place to cool off and relax. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. I'll recommend this hotel.

No coffee shop, but plenty in town. Convenient bag storage while waiting for the bus.

desert palms alice springs was a delightful surprise during my stay in alice springs. the clean and spacious rooms with their own veranda were a lovely touch. the property's proximity to the town center made it convenient for exploring. the staff was friendly and the security and parking facilities were great.

I recently stayed at Desert Palms during my trip to Alice Springs. The resort, located close to the city center, provides a safe and gated environment. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my experience even better. The double cabin I stayed in was spacious and had all the necessary amenities including a well-equipped kitchen. I loved the high ceilings and the convenience of having a carpark right outside the cabin. The air conditioning and free WiFi were also great additions. I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Desert Palms, which offered great value.

Great getaway for couples! We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities, like the complimentary wine and chocolates. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the main street and the beautiful town square. We also appreciated the peaceful surroundings and the option to relax by the pool.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy and struggled to keep up with the summer heat. the bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and secure in the gated resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Great value for money in a quiet tourist area conveniently close to the town center. The rooms are equipped with well-appointed kitchenettes, comfortable beds, and have a patio ideal for breakfast.

As longer term business travelers, we found the facilities at Desert Palms to be great. The small kitchen provided all we needed, and the cabins were spacious and roomy. The shower was fantastic, even better than what you'd find in a five-star city hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed the lovely balcony where we could relax with a drink. The back gate access to the Golf club for meals was a nice bonus.

Stayed three nights here. The villa was amazing, with a nice verandah out front. I was luck to have a verandah that didn't get direct sunlight, so I could sit out there at any time. The bed was a dream to sleep on, and after staying in roadhouses for a while, I was ecstatic at seeing I could cook my own proper meal. Everything was so clean and modern. I will definitely stay here again.

Basic and gradually in need of renovation. The first impression when turning in the drive way is positive.
