My stay at Lancaster hotel was fantastic! I stayed for a week for leisure purposes. the staff, including Maha and Hussain, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Their attention to detail was outstanding. the room was clean and well-equipped, with a balcony offering a stunning view. the complimentary airport transfer service was a great convenience. the free entrance to Lancaster Eden Bay was a delightful bonus. the hotel's central location near the seafront and shopping malls was perfect for exploring the city.

Can just recommend this hotel.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and good water pressure in the bathrooms. The staff is friendly and professional, always ready to assist guests. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including fresh fruits, vegetables, and tasty pastries. Guests can enjoy a nice view of the city from their rooms, and the hotel provides free airport shuttle service.

The gym facility was poorly lit, making it difficult for guests to properly use the equipment and exercise comfortably.

Excellent apartment with a beautiful sea view and convenient location. Reception resolved a reservation misunderstanding, offering a gracious room upgrade. Friendly staff provided helpful assistance. Second visit highlighted amazing sea view, comfortable beds, and access to sister hotel pool and beach. Airport pickup shuttle was fabulous, with complimentary late checkout.

I was really pleased with my Easter break at the hotel. They offered us a complimentary breakfast every morning and a bottle of champagne upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. the location was also really convenient, with easy access to the sea and plenty of shops within walking distance. What I enjoyed the most about this hotel was the rooftop terrace, which had fantastic views of the city and a pool which was a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable, one was too soft and the other too hard. At times, the hotel seemed to be worn down, and some of the staff were not as friendly as I would have liked, making me feel a little uncomfortable.
