The amenities were top-notch - the pool was awesome, heated, and spot on for a dip; also, the complimentary underground parking was a bonus! the blokes at the front desk were super cool and helpful. the pool area was a great spot to unwind with sun loungers and BBQ facilities, perfect for kicking back after a day out. the only hiccup I noticed was the beds being slightly uncomfortable, but overall, it didn't dampen the fun vibes 🌴.

we had a lovely one-night stay at diamond sands resort. the pool was delightful, and the site manager was responsive to our needs. the beds were comfortable, and the 3-bedroom apartment had plenty of space for our girls' catch-up. great value for a family holiday. some maintenance and modernization would enhance the experience.

On our recent stay, my spouse and I were thrilled by the 2 Bedroom Apartment's ample space. the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. We spent sunny mornings by the lagoon pool and explored nearby eateries. Despite minor issues like a lukewarm hot tub, we appreciated the heated pool and friendly staff. A funky beach town vibe and ocean views made our family getaway unforgettable. the convenience of laundry facilities and multiple bathrooms was a plus. Cheers to a memorable stay! .

The location of the hotel was great, it was centrally located for easy access to both the Gold Coast and Brisbane. We also appreciated the spaciousness of the 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in, it had a terrace which was a nice addition. the pool area was also very impressive and well-maintained.

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. It was not properly cleaned when we arrived, with sand on the couch and a musty smell throughout.

The pool at Diamond Sands Resort was fantastic! My 3-year-old had a blast playing in the heated pool for hours. It was a perfect way for her to enjoy her time at the resort.

The pool area was sensational, with a massive pool and plenty of safe areas for the kids to play. We could have sat there all day long. The apartments were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The secure parking gave us peace of mind, and we were close to shopping and surfers paradise. it was a great experience and we highly recommend this place to families.

Good pool hours, heated for early morning swims. No traffic noise despite busy highway location. Close to the beach, surprisingly not noisy. Balconies great for drinks and entertaining. Secure gated community. Will return.

We loved this place! It was close to the beach and close to everything we needed as a family. The service was great, and the staff were friendly. The pool was awesome, just like being at the beach. The room had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen and a comfortable bed.

Room was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and we really enjoyed the pool area. the location was right by the beach and was just a short walk away from local restaurants and shops.

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and resulted in poor sleep for everyone. We also had some issues with the maintenance of the apartment, such as broken doors and intermittent television services.
