We had an amazing stay at a very good hotel in a busy location. The beachfront opposite the hotel was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The buffet dinners were reasonably priced and the quality and service were outstanding. we had a smooth and enjoyable experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing everything was great.

We love staying at the Pullman in Legian. the hotel is beautiful and the staff are incredibly helpful. the breakfast buffet has a huge range of delicious food. the ocean view rooms are definitely worth the extra money. the infinity pool is a great spot to watch the sunset while enjoying happy hour. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a lovely rain shower. the hotel offers a luxurious experience in a perfect location.

We had a fantastic city break and experienced some of the best hospitality in Bali! the complementary drinks and snacks on arrival were a great touch, and the location couldn't be better! the hotel is right in the center of everything and made it easy to explore the city on foot. We also loved the rooftop pool with stunning views of the city skyline!

It can be quite loud, even with the windows closed. Another downside was the breakfast service, which was a bit slow at times, but the quality of the food more than made up for it.

The hotel is perfectly located directly across from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. Guests appreciate the spacious rooms, such as the Premium Room in tower 3 level 5, with its enormous, comfortable bed and large bathroom. The friendly staff, like Ayik at reception, go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. The buffet breakfast in the restaurant offers a good variety of options, and the view over the gardens from the balcony is pleasant. Guests also enjoy the amenities like the Affinity Pool, the kiddies pool, and the adults/kiddies pool with plenty of shade.

Some guests have complained about the lack of shade at the Affinity Pool, which can make it uncomfortable to lounge around in the hot sun.

The location of this hotel is awesome, with a beachfront view and close proximity to Legian's shopping area. The staff were caring and understanding, especially Nancy from Guest Relations, who helped set up my daughter's birthday celebration. The hotel also had convenient facilities, such as outdoor event setups and an outdoor cinema. The chef at the waffle/pancake stand went out of their way to accommodate my daughter's allergies, making special waffles for her each morning. I also appreciated the breakfast box prepared by Fajar when we had to leave early for a day trip.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that surpassed my expectations with its exclusive amenities. the spa and wellness centre offers a variety of treatments, including full body massages, body scrubs, and beauty treatments. the infinity pool with a view of the beach and the sun terrace with sun loungers are perfect for relaxation. the beautiful garden area and the poolside snack bar provide an enjoyable ambiance.

The hotel is ideal for families, so at times, there are children around the pool area. the sound of kids playing can be heard from the room.
