Most Comfortable Beds and Welcoming Staff

The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect night's sleep. the staff was welcoming and made the stay pleasant. the lack of clear instructions for the Smeg coffee machine was a downside, which affected the overall experience. the location, cleanliness, and friendly service definitely made up for it!

the room service was top, notch, and the housekeeping team kept everything spick and span. the staff provided exceptional service, always with a smile and in a timely manner. the room was well, equipped with free hot drinks, high, quality bathroom products, and comfortable beds. the hotel also offers free secure parking, a lovely outdoor swimming pool, and a small gym. the greenery around the hotel added to the peaceful ambiance.

The price per room was a bit on the higher side, and some rooms lack a view. Despite this, the location was superb within walking distance of attractions and dining options.

Really enjoyed the comfy king bed with great pillows and a brilliant shower in the room, as well as the cool vibe at the bar and meals area which served tasty food to our liking. the free and easy parking was a bonus, and the helpful staff made our stay pleasant. Despite the slight darkness in the rooms due to the decor, the overall experience was top-notch with a beautiful mountain sunrise view from the verandah 🌄.

The Ramada Diplomat staff were accommodating, allowing an early check-in. the room was spacious, clean, and warm, with delicious restaurant meals on site. the location is convenient for train travelers, and the friendly staff made my work trip a breeze. the outdoor pool and garden area added relaxation, and nearby landmarks like the National Gallery of Australia and Manuka Oval provided wonderful family bonding opportunities.

I recently stayed at the Diplomat in Canberra for a short getaway. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. Additionally, the convenient central location and ample parking made it easy to explore the area. I particularly enjoyed the book depository, a relaxing space to unwind. I would happily stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it.

I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at the Ramada in Canberra. The room I was allocated was spacious and the bedding was superior to other hotels I have stayed at. The water pressure in the bathroom was great and there was no annoying road noise to disturb my sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was so quiet that I didn't even notice it. The staff were friendly and attentive, promptly solving any issues or requests I had. The rates were very reasonable and the hotel was clean and quiet. I had a great experience at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

This hotel is located in a convenient area, with easy access to many major attractions. The restaurant downstairs offers a variety of meals, and the staff provide friendly service. Additionally, it is close to bus stops that can take you into the city.

The hotel had great complementary treats near the elevator and offered free parking which was a plus. the location was also very convenient as it was close to popular attractions and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful which made the experience more enjoyable.

The hotel's restaurant lacked atmosphere and the explanation of the happy hour deal was not clear which resulted in overpaying for the drinks. There was also limited variety in the menu which made it difficult to find options for vegetarians like myself.
