The location of the hotel was very convenient, especially for those needing to visit the nearby hospital. It was only a short 5-minute walk away. The staff were friendly and provided clear instructions for late check-in. The rooms were generally clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and fluffy towels. The hotel also had a pool, which would be great for a relaxing swim on a warmer day.

There were some noise disturbances during the night, possibly due to construction work nearby. It would have been more comfortable if the floors were carpeted to help minimize the noise.

Additionally, this hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions like Australia Zoo, Aussie World, and The Ginger Factory. The staff at reception were friendly and provided excellent communication. I will definitely choose this place for my next visit, and I highly recommend it to anyone.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating during our stay on Thanksgiving. We especially liked the complimentary breakfast and the free shuttle service to the nearby shopping centre. The location was perfect, with great views of the surrounding area and easy access to nearby restaurants.

The pillows were quite uncomfortable and gave us some neck pain. the showerhead was not very powerful, which made it difficult to enjoy a comfortable shower.
