I adored the elegant ambiance of the hotel, especially the lobby with its beautiful decor and cozy seating areas that were perfect for older folks like me to rest and relax. the convenient location made it easy for seniors to explore nearby attractions without too much walking.

I wish the children working there offered more assistance to older guests.

The poolside experience was so sophisticated, the vibrant atmosphere made me feel like a glamorous celebrity. The staff were attentive and friendly, making my stay truly enjoyable.

Oh, how I loved searching for parking after 6pm, thanks to the casino patrons who took over every spot. Such a delightful inconvenience.

First stay staff assisted my elderly parents kindly. Perfect fit: Free Wi, Fi, Handicap parking, 24, hr reception/security. Heated infinity pool, Lift, Flat, screen TV, Express VIP check. Beach access, Cots, Air conditioning , always returning for trip.

During my stay, I was impressed with the location and beautiful decor of the hotel. Although the room I was initially given had a poor view, the staff were accommodating and moved me to a more satisfying room. Despite the uncomfortable pillows and limited space, I had a pleasant experience overall. I would recommend this hotel to others.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Gold Coast. the staff at Dorsett were friendly and always available when needed. the hotel was clean and had modern, beautifully styled rooms. I loved that there were so many things to do within the building, and I met some lovely fellow guests. the pool was fantastic, and the location was convenient. Everything was new and the bed was super comfy. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend it.

The Dorsett Gold Coast was a pleasant surprise, blending new and modern design with cleanliness. the receptionist was friendly, the location fantastic with easy access to the casino, and the cafe in the lobby was a great touch. the executive lounge was a mixed experience, providing a nice work environment but lacking in consistent amenities. the rooms were aesthetically pleasing, but the reliance on the lounge for basic items was inconvenient. Despite minor drawbacks, the hotel excelled in location, cleanliness, and comfort. the pool area was stunning, offering relaxation and beautiful surroundings perfect for family bonding. Nearby landmarks like the Pacific Fair shopping center and the SkyPoint Observation Deck added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of the stay.

I had a FANTASTIC STAY close to the blues festival! the staff was amazing, and the beach access with courtesy umbrellas was a highlight. Definitely coming back! the pool area is even better in person.

I had an amazing stay in this place! The location was perfect, close to the Convention Centre and easy to access transportation like the G-link. The staff were exceptional in every way, always willing to help no matter how big or small the request. The room was equipped with everything I needed, including ironing facilities and air conditioning. The outdoor leisure swimming pool and sun terrace were a great spot to relax and the free Wi-Fi was a bonus. The poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area were convenient options for dining and drinks. this venue provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is connected to the Star Casino and Pacific Fair mall, providing easy access to restaurants and shops. The room is clean and comfortable, with a fantastic shower. The staff, particularly room attendant Diana, were friendly and helpful.

The parking area can be difficult to navigate, especially for larger cars.

Had a good Christmas breakaway with the fam. Got free fingers food and drinks on arrival. Great location near the beach and casino. Rooms were clean and spacy.

Bed was super hard and uncomfortable. Food was overpriced with portion-sizes that didn't cut it.
