Spectacular Views and Exceptional Service

The breathtaking views from the room and outstanding customer service truly made our stay memorable. the uncomfortable bed and lack of privacy on the balcony were areas for improvement.

the room was sparkling clean - a stone's throw from Lilianfels for top-notch amenities - close to three sisters for breathtaking views, and had a fab restaurant for special occasions. the cherry on top? full access to Lilianfels facilities!

The breathtaking mountain views from our room mesmerized both the kids and my wife. the cozy fireplace added a perfect touch for chilly evenings. the restaurant's diverse menu catered well to our family's varied tastes, and the warm service made us feel right at home.

My wife says that a dedicated kids' play area would be a great addition for families with younger children.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was easy to walk from here along the mountain walks in Lilianfels park. The hotel is right on the cliff, offering breathtaking views that are just around the corner from the Three Sisters. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry all taken care of. We were warmly welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The sitting area and terrace provided a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The in-room safe and trouser press added to the convenience. The rooms were soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay. The garden furniture outside was a nice touch, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink.

While the hotel was fantastic overall, we felt that the staff could benefit from better training in working in a bar and customer service. However, this hotel would still be a great choice for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel we stayed in had breathtaking views of the nearby mountain range. the location was perfect as it was within walking distance to several walking tracks and tourist attractions. the staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. the room was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

One negative aspect was the price of the hotel, which we found a little high for the size of the room. we could hear our neighbors at times, and the balconies were close to each other, which limited our privacy.
