The complimentary buffet breakfast and comfortable bed were definitely highlights of my Christmas stay. The hotel's location was also great, with easy access to trams and local cafes.

Finding the hotel at night was a bit of a challenge since it's located in a business park with poor signage. the lack of available parking spots and the confusing information about the supposed "complimentary grazing station" left something to be desired.

As backpackers, we loved the modern and chic design of the hotel and our clean and comfortable room. The staff were accommodating to our requests and the manager went above and beyond to assist us with an issue. The buffet breakfast was a hit with my husband and we enjoyed the attentive service provided by the gentleman who served us.

Felt incredibly lucky to have found such a great hotel, no reason to complain.

Convenient location, affordable parking for 4WDs. Close to wedding venue, trams, cafes, restaurants. Easy access to city and airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Good room service meals. Excellent gym facility. Cosy lounge with pool table.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, as it was next to tram line 70 which made it easy to access Chapel Street and the CBD. The tram stop right outside the hotel was a major plus, allowing us to explore the city with ease. Additionally, the hotel had a peaceful ambiance which made for a relaxing stay. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The breakfast served at the hotel was fantastic, with attentive staff and delicious food.

The check-in process was a bit disappointing, as we were left waiting at the counter for over 15 minutes without any acknowledgement from the staff member. Some basic communication would have made a big difference in this situation.

There were also plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, which was very handy. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and they really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I also loved the breakfast, which had a good variety of freshly made options.

After a long day of sightseeing, we were relieved to find ample parking available at the hotel. The convenience and ease of accessing parking made our stay stress-free. Additionally, the location of Element was perfect for us as it was close to the hospital where our son was receiving treatment. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff were attentive and genuinely happy to assist us. We also enjoyed delicious meals during our stay, and the comfortable bed in our room ensured a restful night's sleep. We will definitely be returning to Element Melbourne Richmond in the future.
