The room was like a cozy sanctuary with a plush bed and spa-inspired bathroom, perfect for unwinding after a busy day of exploring Melbourne. the striking views outside made me feel at peace.

Wished there were more bins in the room for convenience, but it's just a personal preference.

The rooms were stylish and cozy with plush beds, a lavish bathroom, and blackout blinds that made for a solid night's sleep. the hotel offered a lovely TV room for chilling out, and a relaxing deck for unwinding after a busy day. Though the entrance could be better labeled online, the overall experience was top-notch with fab facilities and friendly service 😊.

Staff kindly helped my elderly parents. Place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, fitness centre, and more. Coming back for the weekend. Great amenities such as luggage storage, welcome drink, and flat-screen TV. Comfortable stay always.

the room service meals were delicious, and the staff very friendly and helpful. the gym was excellent and clean. lovely cookbooks in the cosy lounge. easy access to the airport and city. will definitely stay here again.

had a flawless stay at a hotel in melbourne previously, but element blew me away this time. from the great breakfast to the comfy bed, i felt pampered. the staff were super helpful and the location made exploring easy.

The complimentary buffet breakfast and comfortable bed were definitely highlights of my Christmas stay. the hotel's location was also great, with easy access to trams and local cafes.

Finding the hotel at night was a bit of a challenge since it's located in a business park with poor signage. the lack of available parking spots and the confusing information about the supposed "complimentary grazing station" left something to be desired.

As backpackers, we loved the modern and chic design of the hotel and our clean and comfortable room. The staff were accommodating to our requests and the manager went above and beyond to assist us with an issue. The buffet breakfast was a hit with my husband and we enjoyed the attentive service provided by the gentleman who served us.

Felt incredibly lucky to have found such a great hotel, no reason to complain.

The kids loved the spacious room and super comfy beds. the hotel is conveniently located near kid-friendly attractions like the zoo and theme parks, making it a breeze to explore the city with the whole family.

For dads, it would be great to have designated quiet areas for kids' play.
